Landfall encapsulates the anxieties of a world spinning out of balance, eerily reminiscent of our own time. The photographs from the 1980s of natural cataclysms, fires, manmade scars, and refuse mingle with portraits of friends and strangers in disquieting poses, revealing the underlying unease I saw in myself, my community, and the world at large.
First published by TBW Books in 2018, Landfall was shortlisted for the Paris Photo/ Aperture Foundation First Photobook Award, and the Lucie Photo Book Prize, in 2019.
